Basic Cleaning Checklist

The following cleaning checklist is to be completed each time a machine is visited to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

Before You Start: Inspect the surrounding area for things that might not look up to standard!

Materials Required

  • Microfiber cloth

  • Approved food-grade sanitizer such as Quat Sanitizer

Cold Room Cleaning Steps (Refrigerator)

  • Ensure all slots are free of debris.

  • Wipe down the lift to remove any crumbs or toppings that might have fallen out of the box.

  • Engage the yellow button when the fridge or oven door is open to move a mechanical part.

  • Move both right and left clamps to clean all debris on the lift.

  • Wipe all fans to prevent dust buildup.

  • Clean the bottom of the fridge floor, removing any debris.

  • Wipe the door gasket and check that it is in good condition.

  • Wipe down the interior and exterior door surfaces.

  • Confirm there are no damaged boxes in the slots.

Hot Room Cleaning Steps (Oven)

Caution: The oven is hot. Use care when cleaning.

  • Wipe down the fan above the oven.

  • Wipe down the vent slots located behind the display screen.

  • Wipe down the white sidewalls around the oven to remove any debris.

  • Wipe the front of the oven, ensuring all sauce or topping debris is cleaned.

  • Wipe the lift and clamp area to remove all debris.

  • Wipe the pizza box exit slot.

Final Steps

  1. Ensure the knife dispenser is not overfilled and that knives are properly separated when loading.

  2. Wipe the front of the machine before leaving the location to maintain a clean appearance.

  3. Use a clean microfiber cloth to wipe the front screen. Do not use any solution or spray.

  4. Go through the order process on the front screen to test its functionality.

Weekly Cleaning Checklist

In addition to the basic cleaning performed during every visit or restocking, the following weekly maintenance tasks must be completed to ensure the machine remains in optimal condition.

Hot Room Weekly Cleaning Steps (Oven)

  • Carefully dust and wipe down the keyboard and mouse area.

  • Wipe down the metal tray that the pizza slides on, then reinstall it.

  • Wipe down the hot side access door and viewing window.

  • Wipe down the camera cover.

Cold Room Weekly Cleaning Steps (Refrigerator)

  • Wipe down the camera cover.

  • Inspect the door gasket and ensure the door latch is properly adjusted.

  • Wipe down the cold room door, including the interior, exterior, and door gasket.

  • Confirm that the cold room door is closing properly.

  • Sweep out the area and ensure everything is tidy and organized.

  • Wipe down the touchscreen, pizza exit, and all surfaces in the front vestibule area.

  • Test the front touchscreen operation to ensure it is functioning correctly for customers.

  • Check that the sanitizer dispenser is full and working properly.

  • Sweep the front checker plate area to maintain cleanliness.
