There are two easy ways for customers to enroll:

  1. Via the PizzaForno App (Preferred Method): When a user downloads the PizzaForno app and creates an account, a unique loyalty code is automatically generated and linked to their profile.

  2. At the Machine: Customers can also tap the screen at any PizzaForno machine and create a loyalty code during the ordering process.

The app allows users to easily retrieve their loyalty code at checkout, track progress, and order ahead, creating a smoother experience and increasing engagement.

Loyalty Program Mechanics: How It Works

The program is simple and easy to use:

  1. Earn Points: Customers earn 1 point for every pizza purchased when using their loyalty code, whether through the machine or the app.

  2. Track Progress: Users can log into the app and check the “My Account” section to view their current point balance.

  3. Redeem Rewards: Once a customer earns 10 points, their 11th pizza is free, automatically applied with no additional steps when utilizing their code.

This rewards structure not only encourages return visits but also promotes higher usage of the app, which supports order-ahead features and convenient pickup experiences.

The PizzaForno app is available in both Canada and the United States, offering a localized experience for your customer base.

Customers can download the app for:

  • Apple devices from the App Store

  • Android devices from the Google Play Store

  3. Select and purchase a pizza via the app
