This ensures a wide variety of flavors are kept fresh and ready. Each pizza is tracked using a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system based on its use-by date—up to 96 hours.

Our inventory system uses cellular technology to monitor stock levels in real time, enabling seamless, efficient operations. It automatically tracks and rotates pizzas based on their use-by dates to ensure consistent quality. To reduce waste and maintain freshness, the system can be configured to automatically discount pizzas set to expire within 24 hours, while any that exceed their shelf life are removed from available inventory—ensuring customers always receive the freshest product possible.

PizzaForno’s specialized baking system carefully places the pizza, along with its box, into a high-efficiency pulsed-air convection oven. As the pizza enters the oven, the top of the box is lifted open while the bottom slides in. This advanced convection technology bakes each pizza in just 3 to 4 minutes, delivering perfectly cooked toppings and a crisp, flavorful crust with a consistently even bake every time.

PizzaForno machines are pre-configured with precise baking settings for each pizza variety. When a customer makes a selection, the system automatically adjusts the oven’s temperature and bake time to match the specific requirements of that recipe, ensuring optimal taste and consistency. After baking, the pizza is dispensed directly to the customer through the front slot beneath the ordering screen. This process ensures every customer receives a hot, freshly baked pizza with maximum convenience and satisfaction.
